Foundations 2 – Pelvis Legs or

Foundations 3 – Head, Neck and Arms.

See the schedules below to book for one of the Introductory or Foundations classes.

What Do I Need?

All you need for class is some comfortable clothing and a yoga mat.

Where Are Classes Offered?

Our Block Therapy classes are held at Luminescence Healing Inc. located at:

#20-8180 Macleod Trail S, Calgary, AB

Classes at Luminescence Healing are held in the Vortex Room which uses The Energy Enhancement System, often referred to as EES or EESystem.

This is a technology that generates therapeutic electromagnetic fields, specifically designed to improve energy levels, reduce stress, and support overall wellness. The system utilizes scalar wave technology and bio-photonics to create an environment that promotes cellular regeneration, detoxification, and enhanced energy flow within the body.
